Divide players into teams of 2, 1 or 2 goalies. Place 6 cones in an arc around the penalty area, 10-15 yards from the goal. One player from each team lines up next to goal post, the other player lines up a few feet behind station 1 (between the first two cones).

1. First player by goal post passes to their teammate. The pass must be between cones or score doesn't count.
2. Teammate drives ball at goal in an attempt to score. MUST be one-touch!
3. If player scores, s/he advances to the next pair of cones.
4. Next player in line passes to teammate.
5. When a player scores from each station, s/he switches with teammate next to goal post, who then starts at station 1.
6. First team to have both players complete circuit WINS!

NOTE: Use more than one ball to keep it moving. One ball per team is best so that passer can retrieve errant shots.
